Introduction to Our SuperNet Programs
“As a small business executive, I had a vision of creating
a team that could work with me to build a solid national company.
Cunningham, Inc., not only provided EDP with excellent management
training, they were the sounding board as we moved into our growth
strategy phase.
During the training, each manager learned to compliment their individual
strengths, share skills, and respect alternative viewpoints. The
investment, both in time and money, was key to EDP's success.”
Gail McCulloch, Vice-President, EDP, Currently School
of Public Health, University of Michigan. |
Our extensive inter-connected SuperNet training programs build competence
and confidence to maximize the potential of organizations. Those we train
learn to develop top-performing teams who are crystal
clear about:
- Bringing out the best in people
- Developing the self-starter mechanism
- Building and using core relationship competencies
Listening to our clients
Our award-winning SuperNet for Supervisors
and Team Leaders program was born out of a client’s request
for “a targeted, skills-based training program that uses a long-term
process rather than a scatter-gun, hit-or-miss approach.” Our other
SuperNet courses followed specific requests from our clients in response
to their organizational needs.
We know your needs change. Let us know what you need. We’ll be
happy to custom-design a training series to help you accomplish your vision.
The consortium model
Some of our clients participate in our consortium model of training. They
join other companies from similar industries and send a few participants
at a time to a particular course series. Benefits include:
- Ongoing training, which means new employees can “catch up.”
- Cost efficiency.
- Participants sharing experiences and learning from each other (We’ve
even had participants make sales to other participating companies!).
- Reduced travel times and costs when courses are held at a local company.
We have offered both Management Development
and Supervisor and Team Leader Development
as consortium training.
If you are interested in consortium training, let us know and we’ll
work together to get it set up.
The process approach
We assume the reason you are providing learning opportunities is to support
participants as the needs in your organization change. That’s why
we take a long-term, process approach to learning. By “process”
we mean:
- Each course pinpoints techniques and methods that support long-term
behavior change.
- All of our training is done in courses of at least 10 hours.
- Courses are offered over several months to two or three years.
- Each course builds on key concepts, which interconnect.
Train-the-trainer
Our SuperNet training includes an optional train-the-trainer process for
organizations that want to develop internal talent to facilitate ongoing
SuperNet programs.

trust levels and works to align purpose, vision, values, and roles.
This course builds trust and alignment within your organization
by creating a clear focus from the top down. This comprehensive program

and relationships throughout the organization.
SuperNet for the Senior Team first measures team clarity and

increasing and modeling trust throughout the organization.
